Karen Resnick

Karen brings deep experience supporting investment teams and building the systems that help them operate at their best.

Prior to joining Bison Ventures, Karen spent three years at Kindred Ventures and previously held roles at investment firms including Marcato Capital Management and Coatue Management. Throughout her career, she has supported fast-moving teams and helped create the structure and processes that enable them to work effectively.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, and making the most of everything Northern California has to offer.

Karen earned her B.A. from Pepperdine University, where she studied Psychology and International Management.
