Mikayla Patterson

Mikayla has a strong background in project management and operations and a talent for building the resources and processes that help teams run smoothly.

Prior to joining Bison Ventures, Mikayla spent nearly three years in private equity at Genstar Capital as an Executive Assistant, where she supported multiple projects across the firm and facilitated company events. Throughout her career, she has helped teams stay organized and focused by bringing structure to their day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys hiking, traveling, and playing volleyball.

Mikayla earned her M.S. in Developmental Psychology from Maastricht University in the Netherlands and her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
